Insurance values

We’re able to provide you with an accurate, up-to-date insurance value of your property, whether it is residential or commercial. We’re experienced in all types of property, including specialist construction and Listed Buildings.

Ken Pitcher, our Chartered Surveyor, will inspect your property and calculate the rebuilding costs in accordance with BCIS recommended rates.

If your property is currently under-insured, and you were to make a claim, whatever the type, then you may find that your Insurer will only pay out a proportion of your remedial costs, in line with the insured value. The full costs of repair would not be covered.

Equally, you may find that your Insurers’ index linked values from year to year are grossly above the true insurance value, thereby costing you considerably more in premiums.

Get in touch with us to discuss your needs.

We work in close liaison with our recommended Insurers, All Insure.
